I am very proud of the Lan Vwa organization. In a short time they have helped a community, not by giving them a lot of money, but by teaching them to help themselves. Lan Vwa proving that education makes a difference.
Education is the most important thing we can give our children. Through education we can help make the world a better place for all. The work this organization and their volunteers is doing will help to make that happen.
Knowing the volunteers who donate their time and efforts shows what an extraordinary nonprofit Lan Vwa is. They are an amazing group of people passionately contributing to an amazing organization, doing everything they can to give back.
The leadership of Lan Vwa demonstrate amazing vision and passion, AND they make it all happen with their tireless planning and networking. I'm so proud of the recent graduates, and I can't wait to see how many thousands more students and villagers will be impacted by this organization in the coming years!
I've had the pleasure of knowing the founder for quit a few years and her selfless passion to help educate children in underdeveloped places is unprecedented, every cent given to this non profit whole heartedly makes a difference! Please volunteer your time or donate any amount you can. Rest assure this charity is worth every minute & every penny!!!
I am currently a volunteer with LanVwa, and I couldn't be more proud. Such a small organization who puts their full heart and soul into education and their students. I know every effort made and every dollar donated is going to a phenomenal team of people serving a very hard working group of students.
I have worked on a few fundraisers with this group. Through the interaction with LanVwa's leadership team it can be clearly seen that they have a heart for children that desperately need an opportunity to pursue education. I have also met some of the students that have benefited from LanVwa's cyber schools and their testimonies prove that my desire to support this nonprofit is well founded.
I have gone on a few visits to the Joconal, Guatemala cyber school created by LanVwa as a volunteer. This group of individuals is serious about their mission for furthering education. The students have developed dreams for their future where previously they had none. Children who had never seen a computer are now sending emails (sometimes even in English!) to each other and to remote instructors. Adults who never had the opportunity to further their elementary education are taking time to learn after work. The evidence of progress can be clearly observed and motivates me that anyone can make a difference in this world.
I love Lan Vwa! They are completely dedicated to educating children to contribute to their community and their future. For such a small organization they do a tremendous amount of good. I am grateful to be a part of this loving, giving group.
Our church partners with Lan Vwa - meaningful, relationship-based, heart-filled work. We receive regular updates and opportunities to invest in what they are doing educationally in these communities. We're thrilled with the work they do, and excited to continue partnering with them in the future.
