Causes: Disaster Aid, Fire Prevention
Mission: The lake mishnock volunteer fire and rescue company is regarded as a professional and progressive department. Our mission has always been to minimize the risk of fire and other hazard to the citizens of west greenwich. To accomplish this mission, the department responds to and mitigates fires, medical emergencies, hazardous material incidents, floods, boat accidents, automobile accidents, confined space rescues, drowning, and other emergencies as they arise. These services are provided immediately to any person who has a need anywhere within lake mishnock / west greenwich or through mutual aid given to our surrounding communities.
Programs: To provide volunteer fire prevention, fire protection and emt & rescue services for a portion of the town of west greenwich (approximately 2,800 of 10,000 residents)
