Mission: Lake health foundation's mission is to identify and secure financial and other resources in support of lake hospital system and its mission.
Programs: Lhf raised $1,574,168 in support and revenue in 2014 to benefit lake hospital system, inc. Dba lake health. The following provides an overview: capital campaign funds of $1,587,037 were transferred to lake health. The most significant distributions included medical equipment. Distributions from temporarily restricted and endowment funds included support of the tripoint wellness walkway, employee assistance, library laptop lending program, support for the robotic surgery program, child education, nursing education, music therapy, healthy heart and breast health activities. Through the employee assistance program, fellow employees contributed $7,000 to a fund where applications are processed - awarding funds to those employees who meet the needs-based criteria.
