Programs: La posada provided independent apartment and garden home housingwith daily meals, campus case management, on-call emergencysecurity & nursing, wellness clinics, housekeeping and laundryservices, maintenance services, transportation, special functions,and activities to 750 residents, whose average age was 85.
la posada provided assisted living suites to 247 individualsproviding them more health care and assistance with dailyactivities than needed by those individuals in the independenthousing. This includes 42 people in a dedicated memory carefacility and 69 in high acuity facility.
la posada assisted 2,940 storefront walk-ins seeking help available through local tax exempt non-profits; contracted with 27 mosaic customers for service packages including healthcare case management/companions/shopping assistance/transportation; provided 2,434 person days of adult day care on site for mentally frail elderly; provided 7,398 no charge senior lunches on site; provided 9,628 days of child care on site; and provided 150 counseling sessions on site.
