Mission: To assist in developing and increasing educational opportunities in the kutztown area school district for its students, faculty, and general public and to recieve, hold, and administer gifts or property primarily for purposes other than those which the kutztown area school district, the commonwealth of pennsylvania or any other government entity ordinarily makes sufficient appropriations.
