Mission: To advocate voting rights to korean-american citizens
Programs: Get-out-to-vote & voter registration: moblizing voters, publishing election guide and distributing them, translating election material into korean, phone banking, assisting people to apply for absentee ballots, operating a voter hotline, and all other activities to encourage people to exercise their voting right. Assisting people to fill out voter registration forms and update voter registration information, providing voter registration in korean, and building korean voter database to be used for get-out- to-vote and community education programs.
community education: educating korean voters about current issues in the community, publishing educational material related to elections, keeping korean community posted for developments of current issues in regional communities, and hosting cadidate debates, workshops and meetings with elected officials.
summer internship: educating young asian americans about us political system, grassroots activism, and massive community outreach, traing interns for public speech, issue developing to empower the community, managing volunteers and interns for the president's volunteer awards.
