Mission: Kokua provides in-home support so that individuals with significant disabilities
Programs: Supported living services: kokua provided in-home support to between 40-50 adults with developmental disabilities kokua assisted these individuals to live in typical community housing and to access and participate in various community activities and settings. Kokua provided safety, health, and mental health care and instruction to enable these individuals to lead full & meaningful lives 48 clients served. 217,294 hours of service were provided
kokua offers outreach services, which include lead and hummingbird studio. Lead is a a learner driven tutoring and mentoring program which provides opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities to choose educational goals they would like to pursue in one-on-one sessions with student volunteer tutors from the evergreen state college and st.
