Mission: The center is a culturally sensitive, community-based unit which provides comprehensive health care services to residents in the ko'olauloa region of oahu, hawaii that will enable and empower their communities to a better quality of life.
Programs: Primary health care - provide primary health care without regard to race, sex, color, political, or religious belief. Identify health related problems and take action to promote health awareness within the service area of the ko'olauloa region to the extent that can be justified by health center facilities, personnel and funds.
