Mission: Kiteboarding 4 Cancer is dedicated to bringing the healing power of wind and water to those affected by cancer through funding of advocacy, awareness, and prevention programs.
Results: Funded a full-time child life professional to bring art and music healing to Children's Hospital Seattle as part of the Child Life department. Made it possible for local citizens with inadequate insurance to receive cancer treatment at Celilo Cancer Center. Funded part time artists plus supplies to bring the healing power of art to children with life-threatening diseases at Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
