I really wanted to donate to the cause by running the Florida Teal 5k on Sept. 29th in Davie, FL but I was really disappointed on how this run was organized. It started the day of packet pickup. I got there early about 15mins ealry so I can be one of the firsts in line to pick up. What shouldve been a quick thing turned out to be almost an hour when the person who was handing out the packet forgot half of the tshirts. So alot of people had to wait in this tiny shoe store while someone brought the rest of the shirts in. By the way there was only 1 lady working the pickup packets. The morning of the race seemed to be going fine until we arrived at the first water station and all there was, was a couple of 24packs of water laying on the ground. So people had to stop and pull out a water bottle out of the package for themselves. At the end of most races there's volunteers waiting to hand out medals to those who just finish race. At this race there was no one. One of the volunteers had to go pull them out of a box once people started to ask for them. It just seems to me the organizers of this 5k arent dedicated enough to have a successful, enjoyable 5k.

Your Kindah Foundation Walk was amazing....The experience for my daughter was mind blowing...We wanted to give you a big hung after the walk. It was so well organized. We thank you tremendously for a wonderful event and cause. We will definitely return in 2020 with more support.

Went for the 5k they were very organized and by the end of the race all the stands were up. Refreshments options and foods were success for me and my team. Definitely doing it next year and bringing more people.

I have been involved with the Teal Walk since it’s inception in 2016. Bridgett has been an inspiration and puts her whole heart and soul into this organization. It is the only walk for ovarian cancer in South Florida and it helps to raise awareness, which is important since ovarian cancer is a silent killer.
The Kindah Foundation is a much needed organization in South Florida as there are no other groups like it here.

Amazing and much needed organization. Other cancers get all the awareness advertising and funding while ovarian cancer has a much higher mortality rate. God bless Bridgett and the work she’s doing.

I’ve dealt with the Kindah Foundation as a vendor and as a family member of a woman who unfortunately got her wings on 4/4/18. My mother didn’t win her battle with Stage 4 Endometrial Cancer. Bridgette, however, was a great resource and inspiration during my mom’s battle. We will continue to raise awareness and participate with this organization.

Great organization to volunteer for. I wanted to be apart of a local organization that truly makes a difference in the lives of women with GYN cancer.
