Mission: Purchasing a home for the first time can be an overwhelming experience, financially and emotionally. Many low to moderate-income families often do not attempt to buy a home because they don't understand the process, they don't have easy access to mortgage lenders, they don't feel they have enough money for the down payment or good enough credit. The Keystone Plan is designed to assist these families reach the American dream of homeownership. Using a combination of education and gift funds, many more families can become and remain successful homeowners.
