Supports are provided to individuals and families across the lifespan. Services are provided in individual apartments, licensed community companion homes, and family homes. Individuals are supported to achieve their independence, make appropriate personal choices, achieve goals related to work, community participation, and retirement activities.
birth to three: this early intervention program provides direct services and supports to children who have a significant delay and their families. This service is provided in the child's home or community by developmental therapists, speech, occupational and physical therapists. Birth to three helps children to develop at a rate similar to their peers.
nursing services: comprehensive nursing services address the needs of adults and children with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism. Nurses provide assessment, routine support, coordination of care, and written health reports. Nursing services includes rn on call, which makes a registered nurse available by phone 24 hours a day. Nursing services are also available on contract to other area non-profits.
