Khi ceased operations on march 31, 2014, but remains an active corporation to collect on accounts receivable. Khi transferred substantially all of its assets to an affiliate, king's daughters medical specialties (kdms) which delivers quality healthcare services through a number of primary care physicians and medical specialtypractices.
