Causes: Homeless & Housing, Homeowners & Tenants Associations
Mission: Kenswick meadows community association, inc was formed to provide for maintenence, preservation, and architectural control of the residential lots and common areas within the subdivision. Additionally, the association provides for the health, safety, and welfare of the residents.
Programs: During 2017, the association continued to maintain the common areas and provided security for the residents. The annual assessments were used for this purpose and any remaining funds have been set aside in a reserve fund for future prepares and improvements.
