Mission: Through various initiatives and projects, we strive to address the needs of our community and improve the lives of those in need while being intentional in our efforts to include all people and their diverse backgrounds or situations. Our dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to support causes related to childhood cancer, diabetes, disaster relief, the environment, humanitarian endeavors, reducing hunger, vision, youth, and social welfare. Programs: Collecting used glasses for distribution worldwide; turning new or gently used eye glass cases into hygiene kits for young women; providing eye exams & glasses to students, the homeless, & disadvantaged; adult continuing in the workforce scholarship; community-wide recycling days; free gender-affirming clothing boutique; collecting Manufacturer Coupons for Active-Service Military; education seminars, including how to protest taxes, how the courts work, and much more; blood drives in partnership with the local blood bank; nonperishable food & boxed milk collections for local nonprofits; collecting new & gently used apparel for local nonprofits; laundry detergent collections for local nonprofits to help the homeless; empowering and educating students to effectively self-advocate; toy drives bringing joy to children in the hospital or who have been impacted by devastation; plastic bags into park benches; retiring tattered or damaged U.S. Flags; sending children with special needs or medical conditions to summer camp for free; 17 entries into the largest art competition in the world, with the global winner being recognized at the U.N.; and planting trees all over the world to counteract deforestation
