Mission: The kansas park trust (kpt), in partnership with the national park service, works as the cooperating association to attract visitors to the tallgrass prairie national preserve and fosters stewardship while promoting tourism in the surrounding flint hills. The kpt also supports preservation and conservation efforts in the flint hills with the goal of ensuring that future generations can share in the beauty and culture of the prairie ecosystem.
Programs: The kansas park trust is entrusted with providing services to the flint hills tallgrass prairie national preserve, and conducts all of its services.
