Mission: The mission of the department of intercollegiate athletics is to provide an environment that supports kansas state university, the academic progress and general welfare of student-athletes, and allows them to compete at the highest level within available resources. The department of intercollegiate athletics embraces the guidelines and principles established by the big 12 conference and ncaa, which promote the principles of sportsmanship, leadership and ethical conduct. The department of intercollegiate athletics is committed to providing fair and equitable treatment for all student-athletes.
Programs: Support and promotion of a model intercollegiate athletics program providing a world-class student athlete experience, championship-level performances, and the best fan experience in the big 12.
