When I witnessed the Vice President Harris coming to Brooklyn at the Restoration plaza I heard this young man speaking about passing the baton to the future leaders and how he and his organization is impacting his community I was amazed never heard a program like this before with two solutions: 1 youth civic engagement and all year round technology based youth employment.
