Mission: The junior league of ann arbor is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving community through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
Programs: Volunteer training: the jlaa offers training to its 200-plus members in the area of advocacy, community, research, fundraising, finance, leadership, public relations, and personal development. Training is provided via multiple methods, including monthly membership meetings, committee placements, quarterly special-interest workshops, in-person and online association of junior leagues international programming, and michigan state council of junior leagues events.
