Causes: Crime & Law, Rehabilitation Services for Offenders
Mission: To break the back of recidivism by providing faith-based discipleship, training, and mentoring both inside and outside prisons.
Programs: Rehabilitation program ongoing in 16 prisons with near 600 participants served. Approximately 5800 participants have been through the inside prison program since inception, with 2,100 graduates on the outside. Graduates' rate of recidivism is significantly lower than the national and state averages at less than 5%.

provided job training and employment for jumpstart prison graduates participating in the transitional housing program. Jumpstart has developed numerous strategic partnerships with employers that provide residents with opportunities to be hired directly or work first through the accelerator program, which functions as an employee leasing program. Participants gain valuable work training and experience. Employment included jobs in manufacturing, printing, construction, and site clean up to name a few.
