Mission: The compton jr posse leverages the rich equestrian heritage of our community to give inner-city youth an alternative to gang and other street life based influences by providing a self development focused program, where participants are taught the value of education, hard work, career planning, and making positive contributions to society.
Target demographics: at-risk youth, using horses as the motivational tool, and

Programs: equine science to teach math and nutritional skills, riding program to encourage confidence, ranch management, and outreach to teach kids about the impact they can create in their community.
