Programs: Operated a rehabilitaton hospital, licensed for 67 beds that provided various types of rehabilitation services. During 2017, the hospital had 14,789 patient days, of which 74% were medicare. The total occupancy for the rehabilitation hospital was 44%. In addition, the hospital had 306,488 outpatient visits. The hospital also operated a 25 bed skilled nursing transitional unit. During 2017, the transitional unit had 8,541 patient days. Total occupancy for the transitional unit was 75. 48%. Services were provided to patients who met certain criteria without charge or at amounts less than the established rates. Charges forgone for services rendered and supplies furnished under the charity care policy amounted to $104,590 during the year ended june 30, 2017.
