Mission: The foundation shall engage in such activities as are deemed necessary and appropriate in order to provide john bapst memorial high school with financial support, including, engaging in solicitations and other fundraising activities coordinated with and on behalf of john bapst memorial high school, acquiring real or personal property by devise, bequest, gift, donation or otherwise in accordance with policies to be adopted by the board of trustees, and holding and managing the proceeds from such fundraising activities, and assets otherwise acquired, for the benefit of john bapst memorial high school, and making distributions of income and/or principal of the foundation to or for the benefit of john bapst memorial high school, at such times, in such amounts, and for such purposes as the board of the foundation shall from time to time determine.
