The JRC of the Poconos is a warm, welcoming organization that includes people from all walks of life. They are currently expanding their services to reach even more people, and have a wonderful work ethic and care for the entire local community. From youth to seniors, there are exciting and engaging events multiple times a week. I have met so many wonderful people, very excited to see what is coming in the future.

Mission: To educate and inform about jewish history, jewish religon and jewish culture and to increase the jewish population in the poconos awareness of their heritage by providing them with jewish educational, cultural, religious and social programs which will instill pride and greater commitment to jewish values and thereby help perpetuate the legacy of the jewish people in the pocono mountain region of pennsylvania.
Programs: The mission of the jewish resource center of the poconos is to increase the pocono jewish population's awareness of their heritage, by the provision of jewish education, cultural, religious and social programs. Through these programs the jrc hopes to instill pride and greater commitment to jewish values, thereby perpetuating the legacy of the jewish people in the region.
