At the end of 2016, wolk manor had an occupancy percentage of 93. 5%. For caregivers who need some time away and want to make sure that their loved one is safe and cared for, we offer respite stays. Wolk manor is a new york state licensed enriched living community, reviewed and monitored by the state of new york department of health. Our new york state license demonstrates our commitment to providing our residents with excellent, high quality care.
