Hello every one , my name dr rafat amro , my age 38 years old , i have apalestinian passport
And id , i did the israelian medical liscence and i get pass at april 2022
And looking for speciality and work in israel , to do residency and complete my life in israel
I did alot of interviews and last one was with dr george in beersheva seroka hospital head of vascular department , and he accepted me , but their is acondition which i can a chieve it to have asponser , i told them as dr george and dr ordol , i can work with no sponser , and i dont want amonthly salary just for aduties fees , as am single and i dont want alot of money , i asked many palestinian hospitals to have asponser and they refuse due to a political issues and that disappoint me , i asked help from peres peace of center and told them to sign the papers with out paid , also they told me we cant do that , i tried many solutions and they all closed , iam entered in depression , i still wish to have an opportunity to do this and work in israel forever , and am looking for aresult , medicine and learning have no roles and borders and the politics is not good to interfere with the learning and jobs , wish i well have ahelp from your organizations .

Mission: To provide group homes, apartments and a training and resource center for adults with developmental disabilities.
Programs: Group homes - residential supervision are provided to approximately 75 individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in the group homes. Services are provided 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
living & learning center - an apartment complex for approximately 88 adults that provides a support living program for adults who need case manaagement services and a training & resource center. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
the board and management determine which students need financial aid (cash and non cash) for education, room and transportation.
