Mission: The primary purpose of the foundation is stated in the articles of incorporation. The primary purpose of jenison public education foundation is to recieve and administer funds for the support of the educational, literary, and scientific activities (including extra ciricular activities) of the jenison public schools and their students, parents, faculty, and staff. The services were provided through the fund-raising efforts of the foundation by award of grants.
Programs: Jenison publich schoolds-jps mini grants: fall author teaching program - 211 bowls for the hungry - 500 water quality study - 350 economic engine trip - 600 ap us history curriculum - 500 formative assessment tools - 140
cash contributions to jps football program (1,800) and the grand rapids community foundation (250).
