Mission: It is the mission of jefferson senior citizens center, inc. (jscc) to alleviate and prevent problems confronting older persons in north florida. By providing a multitude of resources and services, jscc helps to enable elders live healthy, independent, and productive lives in their homes for as long as possible.
Programs: Managed care program, formerly operated under medicaid waiver (mw) program, allows states, upon federal approval, to provide home-based and community-based services to individuals who would otherwise require institutionalization without these services
older americans act (oaa) coordinates and provides community-based services and opportunities for older americans and their families while maintaining the dignity and welfare of older individuals.
community care for the elderly (cce) provides services in a continuum of care to help people live in the least restrictive yet most cost-effective environment.
