Results: Comments from Fellows: Rarely have I found myself among such an eclectic, insightful group of people in a completely immersive environment. Everyone there truly wanted to be there, getting the most out of the group and the most out of themselves. I just want to say how truly grateful I am to be a part of the program. Meeting the board was really awesome networking, afterwards I didn't think things could get even better from rest of first 24 hours! Some of us stayed around the area after to hang out. it was clear the weekend had rubbed off on us! From our sharp problem-solving group skills to collectively coordinate the spontaneous hike. I truly appreciated being included in the Academy and look forward to growing my leadership skills and approach through reflection, empathy, and engaging with Jewish values.
