Mission: IPEI believes that the most effective way for the community to help students is to support individual teacher needs, initiatives, and projects. Teachers either excite students and encourage them to value education or they do not. When a teacher's creativity is nurtured and supported, the ensuing enthusiasm can inspire students. Consequently, IPEI started a mini-grant program for teachers. This is the first of many initiatives that will evolve.
