Mission: IC HOPE, Inc. is a grassroots nonprofit organization located in Grundy County, Tennessee. Chartered in May of 2000, we have steadily grown making our presence known in our communities. Our name, IC HOPE is an acronym for Involved Citizens Helping Our People Excel. Recognizing that a community must be responsible unto itself, our mission is to empower the citizens we represent to achieve positive social and economical change especially through the use of technology. We further aspire to promote a wholesome and productive lifestyle for our people free of drugs, prejudice and injustice.
