I'm a grandmother of triplets, born seven weeks premature. Naturally they were slow to develop social and motor skills. They were very limited on their verbalization. They started going to ICEC just after their first birthday. At first they were taught to sign to help with communication. The transition from mostly non-verbal to speaking complete sentences and singing was incredible. The love and patience that ALL the therapists exhibited was amazing. They not only taught the children but instructed and listened to the parents. The weekly meetings with staff and other parents was very enlightening. The warmth, structure and repetition from ICEC enabled the triplets to catch up with their peers. Although they are seven now they still fondly remember the love and want to return to visit the teachers. I will always be grateful to the staff and hold them all close to my heart.
