Programs: In 2017 the international foundation of bio-magnetics (ifbm) adhered to its purpose, which is to encourage a person's growth in self-awareness through offering ministrations and instruction in bio-touch. Ifbm programs have consistently provided people the opportunity to take responsibility for resolving their own physical difficulties and assist them to help, in turn, still others. It is also maintained that it is inappropriate to charge an individual for health care. If a person feels they have been helped, they may make a tax-deductible contribution to ifbm. However, ability to pay is not a criterion for participation, in accordance with ifbm philosophy. Ifbm continues to be staffed and administrated entirely by volunteers, offering sessions and instruction in bio-touch to any interested person. A manual and video, which details this method, have been published by ifbm and are provided to members and to those who wish to participate in ifbm approved educational programs. Ifbm will, whenever possible, provide scholarships to those who cannot pay. Also offered is a program for certification of persons who have become proficient in the application of bio-touch or wish to further their personal growth in self-awareness. The program meets its educational mandate by 1) offering a means to come to self-awareness; 2) offering participants resources to assist themselves in the maintenance of their own health; 3) teaching the touch points of the healing method as a means to help relieve the suffering of others; and 4) providing opportunities to discuss personal ideas and philosophies with others of differing points of view. Finally, ifbm attracts volunteers based on the integrity of its program, providing the opportunity for those who wish to be of service to do so. Volunteers may participate in an atmosphere that fulfills their personal needs and they may choose the degree of participation that suits them. Ifbm's purpose is to offer to all people, regardless of financial ability, the opportunity to enjoy the best health possible. While many people find that dietary supplements, water purifiers and health-related books are beneficial to their healing process, most high quality products are expensive and are thus inaccessible to some who might benefit from them. Therefore, ifbm makes available to members selected products discounted far below retail cost and will, whenever possible, provide products free of charge to those who cannot afford them. There were 271 active members in 2017. Ifbm volunteers gave more than 3200 hours to offer approximately 3200 sessions. In order for the foundation to keep running we clocked 2500 volunteered hours for administration, instruction and board activities. Justtouch. Com has a good internet presence with an average of 10,000 hits per month. There was constant updating of the website throughout the year. We have certified practitioners teaching bio-touch in german, switzerland, mexico, phoenix, southwest colorado, and chicago area. We continue to have a monday morning live stream on facebook, weekly podcasts, monthly health condition workshops and quarterly trainings. We had 24 massage therapists take our trainings so that they could receive continuing education credit.
