Nonprofit Overview
Mission: To serve the community by voluntering our time and providing financial assistance, particularly as related to hearing and sight disabilities, to help the physically challenged, underpriviledged, elderly, and youth of our local communities and, where appropriate, internationally in accordance with the mission of lion's club international.
Programs: The jarrettsville lion's club, inc. Helps support a local church by purchasing food for meetings in the amount of $13,116 as well as other operational expenses paid to local businesses to support the community. The jarrettsville lion's club, inc. Has also provided $4,000 in college scholarships in the past fiscal year and donated $27,029 to help needy families, other community agencies and for sight and hearing assistance. The jarrettsville lion's club, inc has also sponsored and volunteered hours for home repairs and wheel chair ramps, and eye glass collection for the elderly and disabled.
