Mission: The association publishes a quarterly newsletter along with holding an annual conference for the education and training of dog trainers and owners. The goal is to train and educate canine professionals by offering a certification program and a means to educate the general public about the needs of canines in our society.
Programs: The association increased their membership by 35% during 2016 and completed 144 certifications. In addition a new foundation certification program was instituted.
