Causes: Marine Science & Oceanography, Technology
Mission: Project oceanology's mission is to nurture interest and enthusiasm for science and our planet's marine environment.
Programs: Project oceanology has conducted year-round marine science education for diverse populations of students from throughout connecticut. School year programming and connecticut river connections are two programs that serve science education needs of students during the academic year, while ocean diversity institute brings students together during the summer for intense marine science education. All programs provide opportunities for participants to get out on the water to do hands-on marine science investigations.
