Mission: The specific purposes of this corporation are to make available to the public information concerning fair housing rights under the law, to provide information concerning shared housing opportunities and needs among senior citizens, to provide default and foreclosure counseling to the public, and to make available to public mediation services for the resoultion of disputes as an alternative to the existing court judicial system.
Programs: Fair housing- mediation of fair housing discrimination complaints;education of the public regarding fair housing laws: served 1,375 clients.
landlord tenant - mediation of landlord/tenant disputes. Served 15,767 clients
senior services - assistance to senior citizens to locate and maintain adequate housing, receive rebates through homeowners and renters' assistance programs, and provide other services to seniors. Served 260 clients.
