Mission: It is the purpose of the nature center to promote a sustainable future by: nurturing individuals through environmental education, providing leadership in land protection and restoration, and encouraging responsible interaction with nature.
Programs: Indian creek nature center provides educational programs to the general public, including schools, retirement communities, and other organizations. It protects and maintains 492 acres of land. It also sells educational books, materials, and gift items at its retail shop open to the public. Special events are held at the nature center several times each year promoting environmental education. In addition, the facilities and trails are open to the public for visiting.
