Mission: Our Mission is to continue, indefinitely, to provide our facility for Teens and Young People in our area. We are located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. We welcome all young people from Pottawattamie County, IA, Douglas County, NE and surrounding areas. We offer them the opportunity to spend their free time in fellowship with their friends and peers. Rebels is all about respect! We encourage all who enter here to respect themselves, one another, our community and our country. We believe that, if we give them a Faith-based environment, we show them they can have fun and camaraderie without Drugs, Alcohol, etc. Rebels is an outreach for teens, young adults and others who are searching for the untraditional, for entertainment, for genuine friendship and for someone to care about them. Some of them are street kids, some are homeless, most come from low-income or single-parent homes. All are welcome here regardless of their origins, their ethnicity or their past problems.
