Mission: The organization's mission is to run a thrift store and use the profits to promote young life (a ministry for students), create opportunities for young people to provide service and learn new job skills,promote volunteerism in colusa county,and to help those in need wherever possible.
Programs: Impact receives funds from a united way grant under the emergency food and shelter national board program. With this grant and additional donations to the food bank program,we were able to provide thousands of colusa county residents with meals.

various other programs included: 1) toys for kids along with with chips for kids where over 500 families received toys for christmas. 2) thanksgiving day meals were provided 3) "kids can" collected can goods for christmas baskets.
