Mission: The mission of the council is to help create and maintain healthy watersheds and natural habitats that support thriving communities, as described in oweb's purpose and oregon statutes including ballot measure 76 and sb 342.
Programs: Partnering with residents of southern oregons illinois river valley on projects that conserve, restore, and enhance our natural environment and promote the recovery of anadromous fish stocks in the rogue basin.
