Mission: The ileas foundation is organized to provide funding support for the following activities: 1. To purchase additional needed equipment for illinois law enforcement agencies; 2. To fund increased training and exercises for illinois law enforcement agencies to further the education and to sharpen the skills of police officers, sheriff's deputies, and other law enforcement personnel with regard to homeland security; 3. To fund increased coordination between illinois law enforcement agencies; 4. To facilitate direct support from private anad charitable entities to illinois law enforcement agencies through marketing and promotion of the activities of those agencies and ileas.
