Programs: Scholarships and grants - during the year, the association provided sixteen ica scholarships of $3,000 each to students who have been accepted into an accredited college or university.
communication - the ica produces a quarterly newsletter called the county review, which is provided to county government.
education - develop, promote, and conduct educational programs for the elected officials of members of the three principal organizations.
meeting - develop working relationships with the national association of counties in order to further the interests of illinois county government. This is all done by volunteers.
