Mission: To provide low income, homeless, and otherwise disadvantaged persons with housing facilities, education, and supportive service in southwest idaho.
Programs: Community housing development - provides assistance to eligible individuals in construction and financing affordable single-family housing. Once the homes are completed the potential homeowners obtain home loans through the department of agriculture or conventional lenders. I. D. A. H. O. Is expected to reimbursed from these funds.
transitional housing- provides assistance to qualified homeless in finding temporary (24 month) housing.
multi family projects - provides assistance to eligible families in construction and financing affordable housing.
