Mission: As a coaching chapter, we are committed to: credible coaching - helping consumers recognize the value of icf credentialed coaches. Coaching mastery - supporting members to increase their coaching expertise. Practice building - providing members with business tools and methods.
Programs: Prism - recognize and give non-monetary awards to top corporate coaching programs in washington state.
allied professionals - network with local human resources and training organizations.
gala - recognize and give non-monetary awards to deserving members.
all others - various chapter meetings occur as needed. Annually, for example, we do a "fish bowl" to demonstrate/model proper coaching competencies.
