When no one else would listen....Humane Animal Rescue Trapping & Transport DID.....Not only did they listen, they acted upon my cry for help for a feral mamma cat, whom I named Mickey, & her babies. I am happy to say they have all been vaccinated, fixed, ear tipped & now living a better life, thanks to HARTT & most importantly, NO MORE KITTIES!! They are the real deal for sure!! I have had the pleasure of seeing what they do best, TNR Campaigns, Clinic & fundraisers. Listen....they may get knocked down & shed many tears from time to time, but they get back up even stronger & more resilient to fight the good fight & will not stop until ALL kitties, whether inside house cats or ferals, have a voice & the chance they deserve to live a happy & healthy life KITTEN FREE!!! A special shout out to Elisa - you truly are an amazing individual & you have my love & support & you will have a fur ever place in my HARTT...Mary

HARTT was so responsive and helpful when I reached out regarding a feral cat I had been feeding in my backyard. The cat was young and female and definitely would’ve started having kittens if HARTT didn’t help me humanely trap and spay her. Soon enough, the cat was fixed and back outside, where she lives happily and kitten-free today!

Work very hard to help as many community cats as possible. It feels a little overwhelming at times but we always push through.

The entire group of these volunteers are awesome. I know 1 of them who works extra shifts to provide the animals needs when funds are low. I am positive there are many more who goes above and beyond for the animals; just to provide for their basic needs for survival and to spay /neuter to keep the population down.

I met Eleesa HARTT couple years back when I called about a man needing help with cats reproducing in the area. Since then I have called, followed and spread the word for adoption and found out how truly wonderful they are in making a difference in our area. The live videos keeping us informed are terrific. HARTT cares about every one of the cats out there and if they can help they will... great organization

HARRT truly cares about making a difference. I was in a bind and needed to borrow some traps to get some community cats fixed and they came through! They are looking to do big things for local animals and I believe they will!

HARTT has helped a municipality change their unethical views of trap & kill for their uncontrolled community cat issue, to a cost effective & humane alternative of TNR (Trap, Neuter & Return). In five months of the TNR ordinance & effort of HARTT & their volunteer, the municipality had saved 110 community cats & $32,400.00 of tax payor money that would have gone to euthanize these cats. These now fixed, vaccinated & ear tipped community cats are thriving in a managed, controlled colony. A change in the mind set of community cats has been noted in the municipality... people aren’t hiding their colonies, people are getting help with their colonies, people are embracing the only humane alternative to gaining control of a community issue! Without HARTT leading the way in one township, thousands of cats would have been killed, colonies would have gone unmanaged & the stigma of ferals would still exsist! Now, because of HARTT & just one municipality being a role model township, other townships have requested HARTT to help their town gain control of a community issue in a cost effective & humane alternative!
