Mission: Recognizing the special vulnerability of children, the mission is to better the lives of all people in trinity county through advocacy, education, and programs that promote personal empowerment, peaceful co-existence, mutual respect, and access to needed services.
Programs: Victim services: advocacy services for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, a 24-hour crisis line, and support groups.
prevention services: in-home parent aides, school and community presentations, youth service programs, and emergency assistance with utilities, food, or transportation.
children services: subsidized child care and food programs, state preschool, lending library, child care provider programs, and low cost car seat and bicycle helmet programs.
