Mission: The “Human Advocacy” is organized exclusively for charitable purposes to perform such services as safe housing, informational services, emotional support, suicide attempts monitoring and preventing, translating/interpreting, connecting with social and legal services, assistance with establishing further employment and education assistance, and follow up services (See attached Business Plan for full services description). All the listed in this Article I Section 2 (and in the attached Business Plan) services shall be performed exclusively to female human trafficking sexually exploited victims from Eastern Europe countries. However, “Human Advocacy” is not limited to provide its services to any particular race, age, social status, immigration status, national origins, disability, ethnicity, religious belief, or sexual orientation females. “Human Advocacy” is equal opportunity victims’ service providing corporation that is focused on victims of human trafficking (sexual exploitation) and shall not reject nor discriminate any female victim of the particular crime. “Human Advocacy” is organized exclusively for a charitable purpose, the organization has a nonprofit corporation status. The organizing documents of “Human Advocacy” limit the organization's purposes to exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3) and not expressly empower it to engage in activities that are not in the 501(c)(3) form. “Human Advocacy” corporation’s assets are permanently dedicated to an exempt purpose. In a case when or if ”Human Advocacy” corporation dissolves, its assets must be distributed for an exempt purpose, to the federal government, or to a state or local government for a public purpose, according to Ohio state laws. “Human Advocacy” corporation is organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3), and none of its earnings may inure to any private shareholder or individual. “Human Advocacy” is not and shall not be an action organization, i.e., it may not attempt to influence legislation as a substantial part of its activities and it may not participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates. “Human Advocacy” shall remain a corporation established to provide public safety to victims of human trafficking. “Human Advocacy” shall not be organized or operated for the benefit of private interests, and no part of a section 501(c)(3) organization's net earnings may inure to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual.
Results: We helped to provide a few victims with financial resources, suicide monitoring, resources referrals.
