Mission: Hudson regional ltc pharmacy, inc. Was formed to serve individuals living with developmental, physical or psychiatric disabilities or economically disadvantaged individuals who are eligible to receive medicaid or both medicaid and medicare reimbursement for such products and services; or who do not receive such reimbursement, such that the products and services may be provided at no-cost or a reduced-cost, as funds permit (collectively referred to herein as "consumers") and to improve the quality of care and management of institutional pharmaceutical usage by and risk to consumers by providing information to persons and entities serving such consumers regarding quality assurance best practices and protocols, and changes and amendments to regulations affecting the specialized situation of the consumers served in addition to assistance with changing compliance requirements and available products within the pharmaceutical industry.
Programs: To promote the health and welfare of individuals with disabilities by providing low cost or no cost drugs to help them obtain needed prescriptions. In september 2016, the pharmacy was sold to an unrelated organization and the pharmacy ceased operations. In 2017, the pharmacy made four liquidating grants to dissolve the organization.
