Mission: The mission of latinos in action is to empower latino youth to be college- and career-ready through culture, service, leadership, and excellence in education.
Programs: Provided tutoring supplies (e. G. , polo shirts) and costumes and choreographers for participating lia schools to enable lia students to tutor elementary school students in literacy and math and perform cultural dances in the community. Also supported salary for lia teachers, student busing for tutoring, and post-secondary preparation activities for students.
